February 2018: Masters of Light

three never-before-shown series by Ed Clark

The Arts Company presents Masters of Light, featuring never-before-shown romantic images from the collection of legendary LIFE Magazine photographer and Nashville native, Ed Clark; including Paris at Night in the mid-1940s in the aftermath of World War II, soldiers leaving for combat from Nashville’s historic Union Station, and Jackie Kennedy renovating The White House during the peak of the Camelot years, along with selected vintage and iconic prints. Other gallery photographers include: Don Dudenbostel—x-ray and wet-collodion prints; and Bill Steber—selected prints from his Mississippi Blues Series.

The exhibition opens February 3, 6-9 pm, during First Saturday Art Crawl Downtown Nashville; continuing through February 22, during regular gallery hours, 11am-5pm,
Tuesday-Saturday.
