The Arts Company presents a First Saturday Pop-Up experience featuring the 2017 Nashville Fashion Forward Fund Recipient, Brett Warren.  Entitled Photography Emporium, the exhibit will explore the world of engineering prints, using a special technique in order to apply marbled abstract color to the existing colorless prints.   The pop-up exhibit will be experienced during First Saturday Art Crawl Downtown on April 1, 6PM-9PM; continuing for two weeks, through April 15, during regular gallery hours, 11am-5pm, Tuesday-Saturday.  www.TheArtsCompany.com

Photography Emporium is about storytelling and communicating message, using a mixture of escapism, concept, and color.  Set dressing, prop construction, and great styling play integral roles throughout. In this project, intentional patterns of color simulate thoughts, words, and emotions of the subjects.  Two special pieces will be created to hang in The Arts Company street-front display window that will have been dyed intensely.  Lights from inside will illuminate the colors behind the print.
