Pam Moxley
Bio
As a self taught artist Pam Moxley has spent the last fourteen years pursuing her fascination with photography.  She is best know for her taut black and white images which are simple in composition yet complex in theme.  She has been exhibiting her work in Atlanta for the last six years and has been included in several solo and juried exhibitions including ones juried by Alan Avery, Joey Ivanesco, Jane Jackson, Anna Walker Skillman and Katherine Ware.

Pam Moxley has always felt that looking through the lens of a camera is much like looking at life from the perspective of a child.  The magnificence of life is fresh and waiting to be discovered.  Moxley says she sees things that she would not see without a camera in her hands.  She is overwhelmed when the sun rises and the light disperses to create a moment in time that must be captured on film.  Photography graces her with the momentary freedom to leave the responsibilites of life behind, and view the majesty and splendor of life as though she is six years old.
