For KVBPR, hosting an ongoing series of art exhibitions throughout their offices is an integral part of their goal to create a culture of innovation.

The Landmark Exhibition Series for 2007

Each exhibition at KVBPR includes up to four different artists or series, selected for designated locations within their corporate offices on the 21st floor of the L&C Tower. The 2007 exhibitions will be changed out in January, May, and September. Artwork included in these exhibits is available for purchase through The Arts Company.

Artwork featured in the current exhibit (OCT 2007-JAN 2008) includes:
Photography by John Nikolai

Hand-painted photography by Kimiko

Mixed-media paintings by Brad Wreyford

Oil paintings by Charles Keiger

Metal works by Brother Mel

Each artist and medium is selected for specific sites within the KVBPR office complex—from public spaces to conference areas, and even to a couple of designated gallery spaces that front office spaces.  The exhibit selection and placement are designed to encourage fresh thinking in an aesthetically pleasing and changing work environment.

Clients and other guests are invited to stop by and view this new series of landmark art exhibitions and the culture of innovation in progress.

How This Business Alliance Came About

When Katcher Vaughn & Bailey Public Relations (KVBPR) decided to move to the landmark L&C Tower, the firm approached its downtown space on the 21st floor as an empty canvas on which to create a culture of innovation…a space to maximize collaboration and encourage creativity.

This culture of innovation includes bringing art out of the gallery setting and incorporating it into the everyday workplace to inspire and foster creative thinking and implementation.

By partnering with The Arts Company, KVBPR has added a compelling and creative visual component to its offices.  The Landmark Exhibition Series also underscores KVBPR’s commitment to supporting the growth of the arts in Nashville  by showcasing artists and introducing their work to colleagues, clients and friends who come to the space.

KVBPR’s commitment to an ongoing, yet changing, exhibition series also enables The Arts Company to extend their significant inventories of artwork into the corporate environment.

Katcher Vaughn & Bailey Public Relations (KVBPR)

Katcher Vaughn & Bailey Public Relations, Inc. (KVBPR) works with clients in consumer goods and services, health care, real estate development and other fields to position those companies strategically with the people who matter most. KVBPR (www.kvbpr.com) develops and implements programs designed to align interests, build relationships and create success. The firm is a partner in WORLDCOM, a global consortium of independently owned public relations counseling firms.

The Arts Company, owned and directed by Anne Brown, is dedicated to streamlining and simplifying the purchase and leasing of art for businesses. The Arts Company satellite exhibits redefine the purchase and leasing of artwork with an inventive program of developing exhibits for large and small businesses in offices, hotels, restaurants, and other public spaces. The program succeeds by offering each  business  the opportunity to have the most appropriate artwork for their public  and work spaces at affordable prices.

The Arts Company Satellite Exhibits are an expansion of The Arts Company artistic services, offering an extensive range of art, along with professional curatorial guidance and placement of art for business and individual clients. From its expansive gallery in a historic building in downtown Nashville, The Arts Company extends its reach beyond the gallery location with satellite exhibits in selected locations.

The continuing mission of The Arts Company is to expand the marketplace for fresh, original, and contemporary artwork.
